  1. 10 hrs End User training to be sure YOU can administer email accounts, and basic page edit functions such as updating email addresses on pages, location addresses, sales, phone numbers and key personnel. 
  1. Technical Support:  2 business day updates, corrections and or emergency changes for the 1st Year.  Additional support will be accommodated with coordination.
  2. Monthly resubmission to search engines and review of keywords and metatags to ensure website is optimized for search engines.
  3. Monthly and Quarterly reports of website statistics to show unique visits, referring sites, and technologies used to find website.  Many more statistics as well emailed automatically to person of choice.  Never a need to ask!
  4. Custom form creation:  Up to 3 custom forms with data of choice.
  5. Web Survey forms to poll customers (or visitors) to gauge desired information/activities or any other type of survey desired.
  6. Creation of Guestbook if desired to monitor visitors comments.
  7. Set up of Email Accounts (up to 5 please),  Autoresponders to allow emailing correspondence to know their email was received.
  8. Photography needs (staff  photos, product photos) in addition to standard website store location photos (within Tampa Bay area).
